Indication
- Curative treatment of iron deficiency anemia - Preventive treatment of iron deficiency - Prophylaxis during pregnancy and infancy
Ingredients
- Ferrous Gluconate
- Manganese Gluconate
- Copper Gluconate
Direction
Dilute the ampoule in water or a non-alcoholic beverage and drink, preferably before meals.
Side effects
- Black coloration of stools
- Nausea and vomiting
- Gastric burning or heartburn
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Reversible staining of teeth
Precautions
- Avoid in cases of iron overload
- Contraindicated in thalassemia and refractory anemia
- Caution in patients with diabetes
- Avoid taking with large amounts of tea
- Do not combine with parenteral iron
