Indication

For the prevention and treatment of multivitamin deficiency, to help prevent beriberi, pellagra, and angular stomatitis. Used as a nutritional supplement for children, adults, and the elderly; promotes growth in children; and provides nourishment for debilitating and convalescing patients.

Ingredients

• Retinyl Acetate (Vitamin A) 2500 IU
• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 200 IU
• Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1) 5 mg
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg
• Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6) 1 mg
• Nicotinamide 5 mg
• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 20 mg

Direction

Oral use. Adults: 2 tablets after the evening meal. Children: 1 tablet after the evening meal, or as directed by a physician.
