Indication
- Short-term treatment of dry cough - Treatment of irritating non-productive cough
Ingredients
- Codeine phosphate and Ethylmorphine hydrochloride
Direction
Take 1 tablet orally with water. May repeat every 6 hours if needed, not exceeding 4 tablets daily.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Drowsiness and sedation
- Nausea or vomiting
- Vertigo or dizziness
- Respiratory depression at high doses
Precautions
- Contraindicated in respiratory failure
- Risk of opioid addiction/dependency
- Avoid alcohol during treatment
- Contraindicated during breastfeeding
- May cause significant drowsiness
- Contraindicated in bronchial asthma
