Indication

EasySure blood glucose test strips are for in vitro diagnostic use only. They are suitable for self-testing of blood glucose levels in fresh capillary whole blood when used with the EasySure meter. Each strip contains glucose oxidase reagent.

Ingredients

• Glucose oxidase ≥ 1.2 IU per test strip

Direction

Insert an EasySure test strip into the EasySure meter, apply a fresh capillary blood sample to the strip and read the glucose result. Discard each strip after single use. Read the enclosed instructions carefully before use. Not intended for human consumption.
