Indication
Expectorant and cough medicine used to treat disorders of bronchial secretion during bronchopulmonary conditions such as productive cough and bronchitis.
Ingredients
- Terpin hydrate 100 mg
- Sodium benzoate 50 mg
- Dextromethorphan 5 mg
Direction
Adults: 6 tablets per day in 3 divided doses. Children over 5 years: 1 to 3 tablets per day. Take by oral route.
Side effects
- Drowsiness or dizziness
- Nausea
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
Precautions
- Contraindicated in respiratory insufficiency and in asthmatic cough.
- Do not use during treatment with MAO inhibitors.
- Not for children under 5 years of age.
