Indication
A sugar- and caffeine-free multivitamin supplement providing a high dose of B-group vitamins with vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc to support everyday energy release and mental performance.
Ingredients
- Vitamin B1 15 mg
- Vitamin B2 15 mg
- Vitamin B5 (Calcium pantothenate) 23 mg
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Vitamin B12 10 mcg
- Vitamin C 500 mg
- Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 50 mg
- Biotin 150 mcg
- Folic acid 400 mcg
- Calcium 100 mg
- Magnesium 100 mg
- Zinc 10 mg
Direction
Adults and adolescents over 12 years: dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml) once daily. Best taken in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Side effects
- Vitamin B2 may cause harmless yellow colouring of the urine
- High doses may occasionally cause mild stomach upset
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs

- Contains a source of phenylalanine (aspartame) — sweetened for diabetics but not for people with phenylketonuria
