Indication

A multivitamin supplement combining B-group vitamins, vitamin C and essential minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc) to support mental sharpness and physical energy throughout the day.

• Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) 23 mg
• Vitamin B6 8.2 mg
• Vitamin B12 10 mcg
• Vitamin C 500 mg
• Biotin 150 mcg
• Nicotinamide 50 mg
• Folic acid 400 mcg
• Calcium 100 mg
• Magnesium 100 mg
• Zinc 10 mg

Direction

Recommended for adults 12 years and above: dissolve 1 tablet in a glass or a 250 ml bottle of water once daily. Best taken in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Side effects

• Vitamin B2 may cause harmless yellow colouring of the urine
• High doses may occasionally cause mild stomach upset

Precautions

• Contains a source of phenylalanine (aspartame) — must not be taken by patients with phenylketonuria
