Poro 250 mg / 5 mL

Indication

For the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain in infants and children, including fever and headache caused by colds.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 250 mg/5 mL

Direction

Shake well before use. Children 1-5 years: 2.5-5 mL (half to one teaspoon). Children 6-12 years: 5-10 mL (one to two teaspoons). Doses may be repeated every 4-6 hours when necessary, to a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours. Do not take with other paracetamol-containing medicines.

Side effects

• Side effects of paracetamol are usually mild. Skin rashes and other allergic reactions occur occasionally
• and haematological reactions have rarely been reported. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs

Precautions

• If fever persists for more than 3 days or recurs
• or if pain continues for more than 5 days
• consult a physician
• Use with caution in patients with anaemia or with cardiac
• pulmonary
• renal or hepatic disease
• Do not take with other paracetamol
• containing medicines
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs
