Indication

A dual-pack nutritional supplement providing comprehensive vitamin and mineral support plus high-purity omega-3 (300 mg DHA) for women before conception, throughout pregnancy and while breast-feeding. DHA contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus and infant.

Direction

Take one multi-nutrient tablet (green blister) plus one omega-3 capsule (pink blister) per day, with or immediately after a main meal, with water or a cold drink. Swallow whole; do not chew the capsule. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
