Indication
- Nausea and vomiting - Dyspeptic symptom complex - Delayed gastric emptying - Gastroesophageal reflux symptoms
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Administer orally 15-30 minutes before meals. Dosage should be determined by a physician based on the child's weight.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Drowsiness
- Headache
- Extrapyramidal symptoms
Precautions
- Cardiac rhythm disorders or QT prolongation
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Prolactin
- releasing pituitary tumor
- Gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation
