Indication

Kinal with Promethazine (Child) is an antalgic, antipyretic and antihistamine suppository indicated for the symptomatic treatment of runny nose during a cold, with headache and/or fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 400 mg
• Promethazine hydrochloride 10 mg

Direction

Rectal route. From 2 to 5 years: half a suppository per day. From 6 to 10 years: 1 suppository per day. Do not exceed the prescribed dose; use on medical advice.

• Drowsiness or sedation from the promethazine component
• Local rectal irritation may occur
• Rarely
