- Type 2 diabetes mellitus - Chronic kidney disease - Heart failure symptoms - Blood sugar control improvement
Ingredients
- Dapagliflozin
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily in the morning, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Side effects
- Genital mycotic infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Increased urination
- Nausea
- Back pain
Precautions
- Risk of diabetic ketoacidosis
- Monitor for genital yeast infections
- Assess renal function before treatment
- Maintain adequate hydration
- Risk of necrotizing fasciitis of perineum
