Magne-B6 Corbière Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg / Pyridoxine HCl 5 mg

Indication

Magnesium and vitamin B6 supplement used to treat established magnesium deficiency, whose symptoms may include nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, transient fatigue, minor sleep disturbances, muscle spasms, cramps and tingling sensations.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg (equivalent to Mg2+ 48 mg)
• Pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6) 5 mg

Direction

Adults: 6 to 8 tablets per day. Children over 6 years (over 20 kg): 4 to 6 tablets per day. Take in 2 to 3 divided doses with meals, with a glass of water, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects
