Indication
Antifungal (triazole) used to treat fungal infections such as vaginal and oropharyngeal candidiasis, other candida infections, dermatophyte infections (ringworm, athlete's foot), and cryptococcal infections.
Ingredients
- Fluconazole USP 150 mg
Direction
As directed by the physician. For vaginal candidiasis a single 150 mg dose is commonly used. Dosage and duration depend on the type and severity of infection.
Side effects
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs. May cause headache
- nausea
- abdominal pain
- diarrhoea and rash.
