Ampicilline 500 mg

Indication

Broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic used to treat infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including respiratory, ENT and stomatological, renal and urogenital, gynaecological, digestive and biliary, and meningeal infections.

Ingredients

• Ampicillin (as ampicillin trihydrate) 500 mg

Direction

Oral route, half an hour before meals with a little water. Adults: 2 capsules of 500 mg, twice a day. Children and infants: 50 mg/kg/24 hours in 2 divided doses, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• serious allergic reactions can occur in penicillin
