Augmentin 500 mg / 125 mg

Indication

Broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic combined with a beta-lactamase inhibitor, used to treat bacterial infections such as respiratory tract, ear-nose-throat, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue, and dental infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate) 500 mg
• Clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate) 125 mg

Direction

To be used as directed by your physician. Usual adult dose is one tablet three times a day. Complete the full prescribed course.

Side effects
