Indication

Relieves symptoms of the common cold in children: nasal discharge and congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain and muscle pain.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen 650 mg
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4.15 mg
• Dextromethorphan HBr 26.65 mg
• dl
• Methylephedrine HCl 33.3 mg
• Guaifenesin 140 mg
• Thiamine Nitrate 10 mg
• Riboflavin 5 mg (per 100 ml)

Direction

Take an adequate dose every 4 hours, after meals and at bedtime as needed. 15 yrs and over: 30 ml; 11-15 yrs: 20 ml; 7-11 yrs: 15 ml; 3-7 yrs: 10 ml; 1-3 yrs: 7.5 ml; 3 months-1 yr: 5 ml; under 3 months: not recommended.
