Indication
- Treatment of respiratory secretion disorders - Acute bronchitis mucus thinning - Chronic bronchopulmonary disease acute episodes - Mucolytic therapy for thick phlegm
Ingredients
- Acetylcysteine
Direction
Dissolve the sachet contents in water and drink. Adults and children over 7: 1 sachet three times daily. Children 2-7: 1 sachet twice daily.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting
- Abdominal pain and diarrhea
- Allergic skin rash or hives
- Bronchospasm in susceptible patients
- Headache or tinnitus
Precautions
- Contraindicated in children under 2 years
- Contraindicated in patients with asthma
- Contraindicated in patients with phenylketonuria
- Avoid in patients with hypersensitivity
- Use caution with peptic ulcers
