Indication
- Essential hypertension - Stable coronary artery disease - Blood pressure management
Ingredients
- Perindopril arginine and Amlodipine besylate
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Side effects
- Swelling of ankles (edema)
- Persistent dry cough
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Headache
- Fatigue or somnolence
Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy
- Risk of angioedema
- Monitor kidney function and potassium
- Avoid if history of hypotension
- Risk of excessive salt depletion
