Indication
- Treatment of established magnesium deficiency - Relief of muscle cramps - Relief of mild anxiety - Relief of sleep disturbances - Relief of temporary fatigue
Ingredients
- Magnesium lactate dihydrate and Pyridoxine hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally with plenty of water during meals, dividing the daily dose into 2 to 3 administrations. Adults take 6 to 8 tablets daily, while children over 6 years old (weighing 20 kg or more) take 4 to 6 tablets daily.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea or vomiting
- Allergic skin reactions
- Neuropathy with long
- term overdose
Precautions
- Contraindicated in severe renal impairment
- Contraindicated with levodopa co
- administration
- Correct magnesium deficiency before calcium
- Caution in moderate renal impairment
- Avoid if fructose intolerant
