Indication

- Treatment of established magnesium deficiency - Relief of muscle cramps - Relief of mild anxiety - Relief of sleep disturbances - Relief of temporary fatigue

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate and Pyridoxine hydrochloride

Direction

Take orally with plenty of water during meals, dividing the daily dose into 2 to 3 administrations. Adults take 6 to 8 tablets daily, while children over 6 years old (weighing 20 kg or more) take 4 to 6 tablets daily.

• Nausea or vomiting
• Allergic skin reactions
• Neuropathy with long
• term overdose

Precautions

• Contraindicated in severe renal impairment
• Contraindicated with levodopa co
• administration
• Correct magnesium deficiency before calcium
• Caution in moderate renal impairment
• Avoid if fructose intolerant
