Indication
- Ventricular arrhythmias - Atrial fibrillation - Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia - Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome
Ingredients
- Flecainide Acetate
Direction
Take orally as directed by a physician, typically twice daily. Consistent administration with or without food is recommended.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Visual disturbances (blurred vision)
- Nausea
- Palpitations
- Headache
- Dyspnea
Precautions
- Contraindicated in structural heart disease
- Avoid in recent myocardial infarction
- Risk of proarrhythmic effects
- Monitor liver and kidney function
- Requires ECG monitoring during initiation
