Indication

- Acute severe pain - Renal colic - Osteoarthritis exacerbations - Rheumatoid arthritis exacerbations - Acute gout attacks - Post-operative pain

• Diclofenac Sodium

Direction

Administered via deep intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion by a healthcare professional. The typical dose is one 75mg ampoule once or twice daily for up to two days.

• Injection site pain or reaction
• Nausea and vomiting
• Headache and dizziness
• Dyspepsia and abdominal pain
• Diarrhea or loose stools

Precautions

• Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding
• Hypersensitivity to aspirin or NSAIDs
• Severe heart

• Third trimester of pregnancy
