Indication

Combines the original Pregnacare tablet formula with high-quality Omega-3 (300 mg DHA) marine oil capsules in a convenient 2-in-1 pack for even greater nutritional care throughout pregnancy and breast-feeding. Provides the recommended 400 µg folic acid and 10 µg vitamin D3; maternal DHA intake contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus. A 28-day dual pack (28 tablets + 28 Omega-3 capsules).

Direction

One tablet (green blister) per day, plus one capsule (pink blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.

Precautions

• Contains vitamin K
• if taking oral anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin) do not take except on the advice of a doctor. Contains soya and fish. Contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Store below 25°C in a dry place
