Indication
An effective one-a-day vitamin and mineral supplement with 22 nutrients, specially formulated for nutritional care during and after the menopause. Free from HRT, phytoestrogens and hormones.

Direction
One capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Should only be taken on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated as a food supplement. Contains iron
- which if taken in excess may be harmful to young children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unusual symptoms occur.
Precautions
- A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition to Menopace. Does not contain any hormones
- so it can be taken independently or alongside HRT. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if under medical supervision or allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
