Bromhexil 4 mg

Indication

Mucolytic used to treat disorders of bronchial secretion, particularly during acute bronchial conditions such as acute bronchitis and acute episodes of chronic bronchopneumopathies.

Ingredients

• Bromhexine hydrochloride 4 mg

Direction

Adults: 2 to 4 tablets, 3 times daily. Children: 0.5 mg/kg/day. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. Treatment should not exceed 8 to 10 days without medical advice.

Side effects

• May occasionally cause mild stomach upset or nausea. If side effects occur

Precautions

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Store below 30 degrees C. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
