Amlocor-5 5 mg

Indication

Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) and angina (chest pain due to coronary artery disease).

Ingredients

• Amlodipine (as amlodipine besilate BP) 5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician; usual dose is one tablet (5 mg) once daily. Do not exceed the indicated dose. May be taken with or without food.

Side effects

• May cause ankle swelling
• flushing
• headache
• or dizziness. If side effects occur
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Prescription drug. Use with caution in severe low blood pressure or heart failure. Store below 30 degrees C. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
