Indication

Herbal infusion to help relieve symptoms of cold and flu such as sneezing, nasal congestion, itching of throat and cough.

Ingredients

• Coriander
• Ginger
• Black pepper
• Long pepper
• Liquorice
• Cumin
• Vasaka (Malabar nut)

Direction

At the first signs of symptoms, dissolve 1-2 sachets in a glass of hot water and drink 2-3 times a day. For prevention, dissolve 1 sachet in hot water and drink daily.
