Indication

Relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, particularly in patients at increased risk of developing NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers. The misoprostol component provides protection to the stomach lining.

Ingredients

• Diclofenac Sodium 75 mg
• Misoprostol 200 mcg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Usually one tablet two to three times daily, taken with food. See the package insert for full prescribing information.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in pregnancy because the misoprostol component can induce uterine contractions and miscarriage
• Use with caution in patients with a history of peptic ulcer
