Concor 2.5 mg

Indication

Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension), coronary heart disease (angina pectoris), and stable chronic heart failure with reduced systolic left ventricular function, in addition to other standard therapy.

Ingredients

• Bisoprolol fumarate 2.5 mg

Direction

One film-coated tablet once daily, usually in the morning, or as directed by the physician. See the enclosed leaflet for full dosing information. Do not stop taking abruptly.

Side effects

• Slow heart rate (bradycardia)
• tiredness and dizziness
• Cold or numb hands and feet
• Headache and gastrointestinal upset

Precautions

• Not to be used in acute heart failure
• very slow heart rate
• or severe asthma/COPD
• Do not stop treatment suddenly as this may worsen the condition
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs
