Indication

Treatment of magnesium deficiency, alone or associated with vitamin B6 deficiency, with symptoms such as nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, tiredness, muscle cramps, spasms and tingling.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg (equivalent to 48 mg Mg2+)
• Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6) 5 mg

Direction

Adults: 6 tablets per day in 3 divided doses. Children over 6 years: 10 to 30 mg/kg per day in 2 to 3 divided doses. Take with a glass of water during meals.

Side effects

• Diarrhea and abdominal pain
• Allergic skin reactions (rare)

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with impaired kidney function
• Not recommended in severe renal impairment
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs
