Ibuprofène 200 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate painful conditions and/or febrile states. Symptomatic treatment of chronic inflammatory rheumatism. Traumatology. Dysmenorrhoea.

Ingredients

Direction

For oral use. Reserved for adults and children over 20 kg. To be taken during meals. Painful conditions and/or fever: 1 tablet, to be repeated if needed after 6 hours; for more intense pain or fever, 2 tablets. Rheumatology: initial treatment 12 tablets per day; maintenance treatment 6 to 8 tablets per day. Dysmenorrhoea: 2 tablets, 3 to 4 times per day.

Side effects

• May include stomach pain
• indigestion
• nausea
• heartburn
• diarrhoea
• headache
• dizziness and rash. Serious gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration can occur. Consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Not for patients with active peptic ulcer
• severe heart
• liver or kidney disease
• or known sensitivity to NSAIDs. Take during meals. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
