Cemol Pink 500 mg

Indication

Antipyretic and analgesic. Used in case of pain or fever only, such as headache, muscle pain and fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg

Direction

For oral use only. Dose by body weight: less than 34 kg — consult a doctor or pharmacist. 34-50 kg — one tablet at a time, at least 4 hours between doses; use in case of pain or fever only. More than 50-67 kg — one and a half tablets at a time, no more than 5 doses per day, at least 4 hours between doses; use in case of pain or fever only. More than 67 kg — two tablets at a time, no more than 4 doses per day, at least 4 hours between doses; use in case of pain or fever only.

Side effects

• Stop taking this medication and consult a doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as edema of the face
• eyelids or lips
• urticaria
• blackout
• skin rashes
• blisters or scalded skin. Overdose can cause serious liver damage.

Precautions

• Do not take paracetamol in more than the recommended dose on the label or leaflet
• as it can be harmful to the liver. Should not be taken for more than five consecutive days. Avoid using with other medications that contain paracetamol as it can lead to an overdose. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication if you drink alcohol on a regular basis or have liver or kidney disease.
