TABLY-LSR 20 mg / 75 mg

Indication

GERD associated with stress, functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic esophagitis, peptic ulceration and vertigo.

Ingredients

• Rabeprazole Sodium 20 mg (as enteric coated pellets)
• Levosulpiride 75 mg (as sustained release pellets)

Direction

Usual adult dose: 1 capsule once a day or as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• May cause headache
• drowsiness
• diarrhoea
• abdominal pain or dry mouth. If side effects occur
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Store below 30 degrees C
• protect from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if allergic to rabeprazole or levosulpiride. Not recommended below 12 years of age. Ask a doctor before use if you have liver problems or are taking HIV treatment. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
