Vitamine C 500 mg

Indication

Vitamin C deficiency (scurvy); overwork and fatigue; convalescence; asthenia; infectious conditions.

Ingredients

• Ascorbic Acid 500 mg

Direction

1 to 2 tablets per day. It is preferable not to exceed 1 g per day. Swallow the tablets with a large glass of water. It is advisable not to take this mildly stimulating product at the end of the day.

Side effects

• High doses may cause stomach upset
• diarrhoea or an increased risk of kidney stones. If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms

Precautions

• Do not exceed 1 g per day. Avoid taking at the end of the day as the product is mildly stimulating. Use with caution in patients with a history of kidney stones. Before use
