Indication

Antifibrinolytic / haemostatic. Treatment of haemorrhage, or threatened haemorrhage, associated with excessive fibrinolysis. Also used in the management of haemophiliacs undergoing dental extractions, and in the prophylaxis of hereditary angioedema.

Ingredients

• Tranexamic Acid 250 mg

Direction

The usual adult dose: 4 to 6 capsules to be taken two to three times daily. The dosage should be adjusted according to the patient's age and symptoms. Please refer to the enclosed leaflet for more details.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea or dizziness. If side effects occur
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Store at temperature below 30 degrees C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep medicine out of reach of children. Gelatin source on capsule shell: bovine. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
