Pi Yen Chin 1:1000

Indication

For ocular congestion (red eye) and conjunctivitis, and for catarrhal rhinitis and nasal congestion.

Ingredients

• Naphazoline Hydrochloride 10 mg/10 ml

Direction

For the nose: 1 to 3 drops each time, 3 times daily. For the eyes: 1 to 2 drops each time, 2 times daily.

Side effects

• May cause transient stinging or burning
• dryness
• or rebound congestion of the nose or eyes with prolonged use. If irritation persists or increases
• or any unusual symptom occurs
• stop using and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Do not instill too much. If prolonged use is necessary
• stop for 2 to 3 days after 10 days of continuous application before continuing. Not to be used one month after opening. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye
• nose or any surface. Do not use in people with glaucoma or allergy to naphazoline. If you are pregnant
• breastfeeding or have any eye or nasal disease
• consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
