Indication

Topical treatment of herpes simplex virus infections of the skin and lips, including cold sores (herpes labialis) and genital herpes.

Ingredients

Direction

Apply a sufficient quantity to the skin, every three hours, six times daily, for seven days. For external use only.

Side effects

May cause transient burning or stinging
mild dryness or flaking of the skin
itching or redness at the application site. If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms
consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

For external use only. Prescription
only medicine (POM). Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to aciclovir or any component of the cream. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant
breastfeeding or taking other medicines.
