Myda-B 1% / 0.1%

Indication

Antifungal plus anti-inflammatory drug. Used to treat fungal skin infections accompanied by inflammation, such as tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis and tinea manuum, and to treat and prevent candidiasis such as Monilia vaginitis and Candida balanitis.

Ingredients

• Clotrimazole 1% w/w
• Betamethasone Valerate (equivalent to Betamethasone 0.1% w/w)

Direction

Apply the cream to the affected area 2 - 3 times daily.

Side effects

• May cause local burning
• itching
• irritation
• dryness or
• with prolonged use of the corticosteroid component
• skin thinning. For any unusual reaction
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Avoid prolonged application
• especially on the face or in skin folds
• because of the corticosteroid content. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• particularly during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
