Indication

A non-stinging antiseptic cooling cream that disinfects without stinging and gently supports wound healing. Used for superficial or minor wounds of any kind where there is a risk of infection (abrasions, small cuts, scratches, fissures, rhagades, mild burns, sores and ulcers), infected skin irritations, and skin damage and external surgical wounds in minor surgery.

Ingredients
  • Dexpanthenol 50 mg/g
  • Chlorhexidine hydrochloride 5 mg/g
Direction

Clean the wound as thoroughly as possible and apply a thin layer on inflamed skin areas. Apply several times a day until the wound has healed. Application over extensive skin areas should be avoided. Dressings may, but need not, be used. For external use only.

  • allergic reactions to chlorhexidine may occur
  • including rash
  • itching
  • swelling
  • breathing difficulties
  • lightheadedness or rapid heartbeat — seek immediate medical assistance if these occur. Local skin irritation is uncommon. If troublesome effects occur
  • stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
  • Contains chlorhexidine — inform your healthcare provider if you have a known allergy to chlorhexidine. Stop using this product and seek immediate medical assistance if you experience rash
  • itching
  • swelling
  • breathing difficulties
  • lightheadedness or rapid heartbeat. For external use only. Application over extensive skin areas should be avoided. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if the wound does not heal.
