Indication

A pack of two BPA-free 10 mL graduated syringes fitted with a soft, rounded bulb tip, for babies from 4 months of age. The soft tip lets a carer gently flush the baby's nose with saline to clear mucus, or give a measured dose of liquid medicine or fluid by mouth, without the hard tip of an ordinary syringe hurting the nostril or mouth. The barrel is graduated so the volume given can be measured.

Wash your hands and the syringe before use. Draw up the saline or the measured dose of liquid, fit the soft tip, and place it gently just inside the nostril or against the inside of the baby's cheek. Press the plunger slowly. Do not force the tip into the nostril or the throat. After use, wash the syringe in clean water; to reuse, boil it in boiling water for 3 minutes and let it dry. Inspect it regularly and replace it if the tip is deformed or damaged.
