Indication

A drug-free adhesive strip worn across the bridge of the nose. The spring-like strip gently lifts the sides of the nose to open the nasal passages. It provides instant, drug-free relief from nasal congestion due to colds and allergies; it can reduce or eliminate snoring by relieving night-time nasal congestion; and by improving nasal breathing during exercise it can reduce heart rate and improve heart and lung efficiency. Clean and dry the skin over the nose, then remove the backing and apply the strip across the bridge of the nose, pressing the ends down firmly. Buy the right size for the best results: small for small noses or adolescents, medium for average-size noses, large for above-average noses. Do not touch the adhesive. Use each strip once only. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day. For exercise or sport, apply the strip 30 minutes before you begin so it adheres better when you perspire. Allow one week of continuous use to gauge improvement in snoring.
