Fit the Klean&Kare Nasal Adaptor onto the tip of a 5 to 50 mL syringe. Fill the syringe with sterile saline and use it to rinse the nose. For good hygiene, wash the nasal adaptor before and after every use, replace it regularly, and do not share it with another person.
