Indication

Adhesive dressing intended for the daily protection of superficial wounds such as scratches, cuts and needle marks. The dressing consists of a clear polyethylene film with an absorbent white island pad covered by a polyethylene net, which is breathable, highly adhesive, discreet and allows painless removal.

Direction

Clean, disinfect, rinse and dry the wound and the surrounding skin. Apply the dressing carefully, smoothing down the sides so it adheres well. Change the dressing at least twice a day, or sooner if it becomes wet or soiled.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. Rarely
• the adhesive may cause local skin irritation
• redness or itching
• particularly in people with sensitive skin or adhesive allergy. If you experience any adverse effects

Precautions

• For external use on intact skin around superficial wounds only. Do not use on deep
• heavily bleeding
• infected or burn wounds
• or on animal bites — seek medical advice for these. Do not apply on irritated skin or in case of known allergy to the adhesive. Apply only to clean
• dry skin. Single use — do not reuse a dressing. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
