Indication

- Community-acquired pneumonia - Acute bacterial sinusitis - Acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis - Complicated skin and skin structure infections - Complicated intra-abdominal infections - Pelvic inflammatory disease

Ingredients

• Moxifloxacin

Direction

Take one tablet orally once daily. Swallow whole with or without food and complete the full prescribed course.

Side effects

• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Dizziness
• Headache
• Vomiting
• Abdominal pain

Precautions

• Risk of tendonitis and tendon rupture
• Avoid in patients with Myasthenia gravis
• May cause QT interval prolongation
• Potential for permanent peripheral neuropathy
• Central nervous system effects like seizures
• History of hypersensitivity to fluoroquinolones
