Indication

An in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) test strip for the quantitative measurement of glucose in fresh capillary whole blood, for use with the GlucoSure AutoCode family of blood glucose meters. Auto-coding and small sample size. For self-testing and professional use, outside the body only.

Insert a GlucoSure AutoCode test strip into the meter. Prick a fingertip with a sterile lancet and touch the blood drop to the sample area of the strip; wait for the result to appear on the display. Use only GlucoSure AutoCode test strips with a GlucoSure AutoCode meter. Follow the instructions for use enclosed in the box.

Side effects

• Fingertip pricking may cause minor pain
• bruising or bleeding at the puncture site
• and rarely local infection if hygiene is poor. Do not change your diabetes treatment based on a single reading
