Indication
- Cognitive impairment and dementia symptoms - Cortical myoclonus (involuntary muscle jerks) - Vertigo and balance disorders - Learning difficulties such as dyslexia - Age-related memory loss
Ingredients

Swallow tablets whole with water, with or without food. Usually taken in two or three divided doses throughout the day.
Side effects
- Weight gain
- Nervousness and anxiety
- Hyperkinesia (increased body movement)
- Sleepiness or insomnia
- Vertigo or dizziness
Precautions
- Contraindicated in severe renal impairment
- Caution in patients with bleeding disorders
- Monitor kidney function in elderly patients
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation of treatment
- Contraindicated in cerebral hemorrhage cases
