Indication
- High cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) - Prevention of cardiovascular disease - Hypertriglyceridemia - Slowing progression of atherosclerosis
Ingredients
- Rosuvastatin
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily at any time of day, with or without food. Use at the same time each day for best results.
Side effects
- Muscle pain (myalgia)
- Headache
- Nausea
- Weakness (asthenia)
- Abdominal pain
Precautions
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Not for use with active liver disease
- Report unexplained muscle pain immediately
- Limit alcohol consumption
- Monitor liver function tests regularly
