Indication
- Relief of bronchospasm - Bronchial asthma - Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) - Chronic bronchitis - Emphysema
Ingredients
- Salbutamol (as Sulphate)
Direction
Take orally 3 to 4 times daily as prescribed by a physician. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water.
Side effects
- Fine tremors (especially hands)
- Tachycardia (fast heart rate)
- Palpitations
- Headache
- Muscle cramps
- Nervousness or anxiety
Precautions
- Cardiovascular disease or hypertension
- Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid)
- History of seizures
- Diabetes mellitus
- Risk of hypokalemia (low potassium)
