Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Management of essential hypertension
Ingredients
- Telmisartan and Amlodipine
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily, usually at the same time each day, with or without food.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling of ankles)
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Headache
- Fatigue or tiredness
- Palpitations
Precautions
- Contraindicated in pregnancy (fetal toxicity)
- Monitor kidney function and electrolytes
- Risk of excessive low blood pressure
- Caution in patients with liver impairment
- Potential for allergic reactions
