Indication

Ingredients

• Folic Acid
• Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate)
• Iodine (as Potassium Iodide)
• Vitamin D3
• B
• group vitamins
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin E
• Calcium
• Magnesium
• Zinc
• Copper
• Manganese
• Selenium

Direction

Take one tablet daily with food. Ideally, start taking at least one month before conception and continue throughout pregnancy.

Side effects

• Constipation
• Diarrhea
• Nausea or upset stomach
• Vomiting
• Dark stools from iron
• Rare allergic reactions

Precautions

• Hypersensitivity to any ingredient
• Severe impaired renal function
• Existing hypervitaminosis D or hypercalcaemia
• Iron or copper metabolism disorders
• Do not exceed recommended dose
• Space two hours from antacids
